I will start with the quality of the bottle openers. They are exactly what you would expect. They are sturdy and work perfectly for party favors. Now as for my entire experience , it was definitely unexpected. I received my package pretty quickly but it was empty. So I reach out to customer service. I didn't realize nobody could help you on the weekend. So after 2 days of emailing I was very frustrated and thought I was going to be out my money and my favors. As soon as Monday morning came I received an email as well as a new package sent out. I received package rather quickly. So the situation was handled to my satisfaction.
